The Religion, the Faith.

there are around 4200 religions spread all across the globe, but what is religion's purpose, why is it there, who introduced them are some questions

What were the religions made for? Who created those? For what purpose they did so? These are all matter of fact. We do know a bit about their purpose, we do know what rules they set, but, the question is do we follow those wholly? And what those all religions say in common despite of vast diversity and difference in their practice? Let’s try to find all these.

The purpose they (creators) told us is that they came here as the messenger of god, maybe, but they all had one common purpose, it is to unite people and spreading the words of love among all the mortals (they too were). Whatever was their role from God’s or Allah’s side, but for sure they united people, spread words of love in lips. They also eliminated problems that are associated with unification of people to form society, they brought rules for how to behave, they censored actions to perform and they paved man to create something that could not be achieved by a single family.

With religion comes the God or Allah whatever you say. Are they real? Where they live? Where did they originate? How they do whatever they do? What are their functions? are some questions that follow God or Allah. But, these questions are secondary as they perform their task well. Whenever one get stuck in anything the substance or thing or energy or whatever brings hope is God or Allah or the almighty. Be it the parent who is tired of answering those crazy questions of their ward or a storyteller whose stock of story has been exhausted or the proletariat whose son asks for the time when their condition will improve, every time God or Allah has been the answer. The almighty symbolize some kind of faith where there stays no more question beyond the almighty.

Then why is the almighty such underestimated in this very beginning of twenty first? Well, the answer lies in the way the almighty solves their problem and it’s conflict with the reality. The problem solving ability of the almighty is depended on how hard the person wants to solve the problem. Actually, it is the person who finds the way and solves the problem, and god came nowhere to see. And even if you go through the story of all those successful people, you probably will not spot any sign of the almighty in their story. And one of the most importantly priests (who are said to be the messenger of the almighty) have to face and solve their problems by their own. And lastly and most importantly this era of science doesn't want a fullstop on questions, which is the characteristic of the almighty.

Then is religion something that has no function nowadays? Everything that has come with us so long has a purpose for sure. Religion dates back 4000BCE with the origin of Hinduism or सनातन धर्म.

Here we can trace the ways it originated and the benefits it provided. Hinduism originated from gathering of a vast number of religions spread across the Indian subcontinent this exampled the unification. And the origin is marked by the Writing of the Rig-Vedas which is one of the oldest scripts and hold in it some information that depicted how advanced they were. They achieved advancement in mathematics, astrology, astronomy, surgery and some other fields, this shows how unification can achieve something more than what one individual can.

Well, even in these days there are crores of people who get a livelihood just because of the presence of religions. Good works like feeding the poor and many others are practiced just in the name of religion, which is a way of social reform, which religions itself asks to do if one can afford. Temples, churches, mosques are some great ways of improving economic status of the place where they are situated. Gurdwaras do great to achieve social harmony and equality. After all every time we get into truly hard trouble the last name that comes to our mind is the almighty (not the case of atheists). Religions are great source of culture and cultural practice, and are of immense aesthetic value. They are source of some of the most important writings of the human history marking a unique way of our creativity.

There are around 4300 religions across the globe, and all are unique in their own way, even the game of cricket is considered as a religion in India. But, religion is not something that think and are used to think. It is the way we think and act which further define the way we follow. Religions in Sanskrit means "धर्म" (dharma), which in Sanskrit means the way nature or character of a being.

"My religion is very simple. My religion is kindness"                                                                                                                                          - Dalai Lama
